Houston, TX, USA - October 21, 2015 – Nexus Global Business Solutions, Inc., a global Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions provider, announced today that it has acquired the assets and business of Operations & Maintenance Consulting Services Pty. Ltd. (OMCS International) of Melbourne, Australia, a provider of software, training and consulting services with offerings focused on APM Reliability Solutions.  With over nineteen years of experience serving asset intensive industries around the world, OMCS International has an established track record of delivering best-in-class software and reliability engineering support that helps its customers optimize the performance and reliability of their production assets.

Together with Nexus Global’s existing suite of APM solutions, the acquisition greatly expands the two companies’ global footprint in providing proven solutions with proven methodologies to drive lowest cost of asset operation and ownership.
